LAS VEGAS- Clarion Events‘ Women’s Clothing in Nevada (WWIN) and AND MORE Las Vegas Clothing (LVA) were co-located for the first time at Expo at the World Market Center in Las Vegas from February 13 to 15.
According to Clarion Events and ANDMORE, these were the first Las Vegas fashion shows held off the Strip.
Customer-centric approach
Melissa Montes, vice president of Clarion Events North America, AXN and WWIN and head of DEI business partners, said that since both shows strive to make order writing “as seamless, easy (and) comfortable as possible,” the partnership was “a perfect fit.”
Caron Stover, senior vice president of apparel rental at ANDMORE, said the show teams had a common motto: “the best customer service” and offered attendees “a new shopping destination with the convenience of one location, so they can spend their time shopping instead of traveling all over town, and also see more products under one roof.”
To further enhance the customer experience, LVA added a new exhibitor package, inspired by WWIN’s. Additionally, in response to attendee feedback, the shows were held in the city centre Arts District instead of the Las Vegas Strip, a first for Vegas fashion shows, according to ANDMORE and Clarion Events.
A “New Vegas”
“We were getting feedback that the casinos were starting to get really difficult to navigate for some of our buyers,” Montes said, explaining that WWIN and LVA moved to the Arts District because “it’s completely accessible to all of our audiences. It’s easy to get in, it’s easy to get out.”
Stover called it a “New Vegas,” especially for the fashion world… you don’t waste time running around casinos or waiting in huge lines.
Additionally, ANDMORE’s ownership of The Expo at World Market Center allowed for greater flexibility and efficiency at trade shows.

Extended hours
The 2024 Super Bowl, held in Las Vegas on February 11, resulted in a reduction in WWIN and LVA’s broadcast time to three days instead of four. WWIN and LVA extended their evening hours and scheduled an earlier breakfast, a first for the latter show, to maximize buying time.
“On the second and third day, all the exhibitors stopped doing what they were doing in their hotels and… they came in, had their coffee and breakfast, and got ready to leave first thing in the morning… that’s rare in Vegas,” Stover shared.
Montes added that the extended hours have also been accompanied by “a lot of fun,” including a ribbon-cutting ceremony on the first morning and a Galentine’s event on the evening of Feb. 14. “We’ve had great feedback from customers who have told us how exciting it’s been.”
Looking forward
Clarion Events and ANDMORE promise more collaboration and show enhancements in the future.
““The sky is the limit. We definitely have room to grow and we have the two right organizers to make that happen. We’re very, very excited to get to August and beyond,” Montes said.
The next LVA and WWIN trade fairs are scheduled for August 18-21.
