- In the future, China will be an important market for Vietnamese aquatic products. According to the China-ASEAN Early Harvest Plan, Vietnam has reduced export duties on almost all aquatic products to China. In 2012, Vietnam reduced tariffs on 484 types of agricultural and aquatic products exported to China to zero in order to fulfill all relevant commitments under the China-ASEAN comprehensive economic cooperation. This will greatly promote the export of Vietnamese aquatic products to China, especially when China enters the fishing ban season every year, the export of Vietnamese aquatic products to China will be at the right time and place.
