What are the prospects for the industries of American and global exhibitions? The UFI, the World Exhibition Industry Association, has published the 34th edition of its flagship report of the Global Exhibition Barometer, which takes the industry pulse.

Zoom out: For the global exhibition industry, income in 2024 and 2025 should increase by 16% and 18% respective. Globally, 46% of companies say they plan to increase their workforce over the next six months, while an additional 51% say they will maintain current stable figures.

Methodology: The latest edition of the UFI biline industry report was concluded in January 2025 and includes data from 390 companies in 56 countries and regions. The study also includes perspectives and an analysis for 19 countries and regions of intervention – Argentina, Australia, Brazil, China, Colombia, France, Germany, Greece, India, Italy, Malaysia, Mexico, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, Spain, Thailand, UAE, the United Kingdom and the United States, as well as five additional aggregate areas.
