CHICAGO — Trade Show Executive (TSE) is now accepting applications for the 2024 Gold 100 Grand Prix and Women to Watch program. The deadline to submit an application is July 17.
Grand Prix Information
In addition to recognizing the top 100 U.S. trade shows that took place in 2023, Trade Show Executive (TSE) will recognize additional shows with Gold 100 Grand Awards. The winners of these awards will be kept strictly confidential until the envelopes are opened at the Gold 100 Awards gala.
The TSE will highlight one act in each category with a coveted crystal trophy on stage at the annual event. (Please note that Gold 100 acts will be able to take photos with their plaques at the Gold 100 Gala Reception.)
In TSE’s quest to find shows that exemplify the best, the TSE Gold 100 Grand Prix will be open to shows of all sizes, not just the largest. Your show does not need to be ranked in the Gold 100 to be nominated for a Grand Prix.
Managers who consider their events to be at the forefront of social media, technology, marketing strategies or any other category can enter their events whether or not they are on the Gold 100 list. Winners will be determined based on how well their event initiatives and performance meet the award criteria.

Women’s Information to Watch Out For
TSE’s Women to Watch program aims to identify and encourage the next generation of leaders in the trade show industry.
Recipients will be selected based on a variety of criteria, including recent professional accomplishments within the past year, demonstrable leadership qualities (creativity, financial/budgetary acumen, integrity, problem-solving, fostering excellence among team members, and mentoring), and/or their ability to demonstrate a high level of excellence in trade show management. Applicants must have between 2 and 10 years of experience in the trade show industry to be considered.

Announcement of finalists and winners
Grand Prix finalists will be announced on July 29, and category winners will be revealed at the TSE Gold 100 Awards & Summit, September 17-19 at the Ritz Carlton Bacara in Santa Barbara. Grand Prix winners will be announced Oscar-style at the gala dinner and will take to the main stage to collect their crystal trophies.
The Women to Watch selections will be announced on July 29 and each will be invited to attend this year’s Gold 100 Awards & Summit. The group of exceptional women will also be featured in a group profile in the December 2024 issue of TSE magazine, which will also be distributed at the IAEE Expo! Expo!.
