CHICAGO — Trade Fair Manager has won eleven regional awards at the 2023 Azbee Awards of Excellence for the Upper Midwest. The Azbee Awards are presented by the Editors of the American Society of Trade Publishers (ASBPE) and honors the best in B2B media by showcasing editorial and design excellence in magazines, newsletters, and digital and social media.
“How Coverings Mitigated and Overcame Supply Chain Challenges,” won the Gold Award in the Case Study category. Also a winner in the Case Study category, “Reducing the impact on the environment, of course” who received the regional Silver Award for his coverage of the National Retail Federation’s sustainability efforts as part of the 2022 NFR. From the June 2022 issue of TSE, “The LGBTQ community at the trade show shines with its DE&I efforts,” received the regional silver award in the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion category, and the monthly column “A Focus On,” which focuses on our industry outside the United States, won the regional silver award in the Regular Column, Contribution category.

TSE’s extensive research has won various awards, including “Keeping the positivity growing: Key trade show indicators continue to rise,” the TSE September 2022 Dashboard, which won the regional silver award in the data journalism category. TSE Dashboard December 2022 won the regional silver award in the Original Research category. “There is an upward trend in the construction of performance halls,” from TSE’s Pardon Our Dust and the Medical Fair 2022 Report tied for the regional bronze award for original research.
Winning the regional bronze award in the Questions and Answers category was “Leadership and the art of Big Data” a TSE business lunch with RX CEO Hugh Jones. Winning the regional bronze award in the Group Profile category was “Meet the exceptional women to watch this year” which highlights the 2022 Women to Watch program. The Weekly Editor’s Picks e-newsletter won the regional bronze award in the e-Newsletter – General Excellence category.
