The TSNN sat with the NHS marketing director, Lauren Csire, to find out more about the NHS influencing Summit and why the show launches this special event.
Why launch an influence event at the National Hardware Show and why now?
The decision to launch the summit of influence is rooted in the evolutionary landscape of the way in which consumers and professionals engage with brands and products. Influencers have the power to educate products, educate the public and promote real connections. Practical nature and focused on the products of the equipment industry and the improvement of the house has paved the way for influencers to become key engines to shape consumers’ decisions, and in turn, a precious participant category for the NHS.

The presence of influencers at the NHS extends the impact of the presence of our companies exhibiting beyond the show and offers them a precious exhibition to a large digital audience, reaching millions of potential customers. Influencers complete the basic B2B nature of the NHS by allowing brands to connect both with digital communities and the main decision -makers, fill the gap between the wide range of consumers and direct commercial opportunities. We have experienced considerable success and satisfaction on the part of influencers who attend the event and the exhibitors with whom they are committed. We are delighted to develop this success this year by presenting the NHS influencing Summit, which will offer even more opportunities for the participant in influence, including networking, dedicated event planning resources and education sessions and tailor -made workshops.
How do you check the participants for this invitation event only? What types of skills are needed?
The summit of influence was designed to provide valuable information and opportunities at all levels, to address emerging and established creators. To ensure that we organize a relevant and committed community, our qualification team carefully deals with each influence recording to verify the criteria such as the presence of an active platform and an alignment on the objectives of the show. We are looking for influencers who wish to have a real impact in the equipment and the domiciliary renovation space, whether via social media, blogs, video content or other online platforms. This ensures that influencers participating in the event are not only relevant but also have the potential to create authentic connections with brands and products presented at the NHS.
What will be your success measures with this event and plans to do so every year at the NHS?
Our measures will be focused on several key areas: commitment, direct feedback and the measurable impact on the visibility of products. We will follow the level of interaction between influencers, exhibitors and participants, as well as on conversations and content of social media created by influencers before, during and after the event. In addition, the collection of direct comments of customers is an absolute priority to assess global satisfaction on both sides. It is always rewarding to hear stories of success, such as new partnerships and increased demand from products, which arise from the connections established at the NHS. This has been a highlight coherent in recent years, and this is something that we are committed to promoting even more.
Given the growing influence of content creators and their role in training consumer behavior, there will always be an influencer component as a recurring part of the NHS experience. Our objective is to continuously evolve the event to reflect the evolution of the industry landscape and to ensure that there remains a precious resource for influencers, participants and brands.
