CHICAGO — RX Global, one of the one of the world’s leading event companies and trade show organizers, has been recognized for having one of the best global company cultures and marketing teams by the 2023 Comparably Awards.
RX was ranked #10 for Best World Culturea significant jump from the company’s No. 31 ranking in 2022 and moved from No. 23 in 2022 to No. 16 in 2023 for The best marketing teams.
According to ComparablyRX is among the top 15% of similar-sized companies in terms of gender score and the top 5% in terms of diversity score. Women and diverse employees gave the highest scores in the Leadership, Executive Team and Team categories. RX also received a 4.7/5 culture score on the platform.
Comparably is a platform that focuses on ratings and feedback from current employees, and the Global Culture Awards are based on feedback from February 27, 2022 to February 27, 2023. The annual lists highlight the highest-rated company cultures and teams at companies with 500+ employees and an international presence.

Employees anonymously rate their employers, and rewards are measured across nearly 20 metrics, including work-life balance, benefits, compensation, career development, leadership and coworkers, among others.

The organizer also produces iconic shows including the PGA Show and the National Hardware Show.
