CHICAGO — Registration for Trade Show Executive (TSE) 2024 Gold 100 Awards and Summit is now open. The deadline to register for this prestigious annual event is August 16, with preferential rates ending July 25.
Last week, the Toronto Stock Exchange announced the Gold 100 Class of 2023which represents the top 100 U.S. trade shows that took place last year. This year, the Gold 100 shows posted impressive numbers, totaling more than 42 million net square feet (NSF), 100,357 exhibiting companies and more than 3 million attendees.
The average NSF attendee count for all Gold 100 Class of 2023 shows is 420,531, with an average of 1,004 exhibiting companies and over 30,000 attendees. Based on an average rate of $38.78/sq. ft., the estimated value of exhibit space for Gold 100p shows is $1.6 billion.
Ranked shows are invited to attend the 2024 Gold 100 Awards & Summit, taking place September 17-19 at the magnificent Ritz-Carlton Bacara in Santa Barbara, California. The annual Chairman’s Dinner will be held the day before the event on September 16. Each ranked show is eligible for a complimentary registration for an executive-level team member.
Other scheduled events include the annual Gold 100 golf tournament, where participants can enjoy a day on the rolling greens of the renowned Sandpiper Golf Club, or visit Vega Vineyard and Farm for a wine tasting and a scenic vineyard lunch – and interact with some of the property’s animals.
The event will conclude with the Gold 100 Awards reception, where representatives from Gold 100 shows will have their photo taken with their plaques on the red carpet, before heading to the Awards Gala. During the Gala, this year’s Grand Prix winners will be announced and the winners will take the stage to receive their crystal trophies in front of their industry peers.
