The NEW YORK INTERNATIONAL AUTO SHOW, commonly referred to as the “New York Auto Show”, was founded in 1900 and is the oldest and largest auto show in North America.
The NEW YORK INTERNATIONAL AUTO SHOW was first held in 1900. It was initially held at the New York Arena. From 1956 to 1987, it was held at the Jacob Javits Convention and Exhibition Center. Its main exhibitors are the Greater New York Automobile Dealers Association (GNYADA) and the International Automotive Press Association (IMPA).
