Map Your Show and CNTV Create Strategic Partnership

ORLANDO — Map Your Show (MYS), an event management software company, has partnered with video production company CNTV. By working together to make pre- and on-site video production easily accessible to organizers and their exhibitors, MYS and CNTV will help shows increase brand awareness and provide exhibitors with increased exposure to potential customers.

Through this new collaboration in the events industry, exhibitors can create their own short video clips prior to the event, which will be customized and professionally edited by CNTV, giving companies the opportunity to promote their participation, preview their product offering and drive traffic to their booth before the show. Additionally, they can be produced in advance remotely or on-site and are edited for immediate distribution on the day.

These event videos can be branded with the event logo, which means increased visibility for the event.

Exhibitors can also purchase branded videos recorded on-site, showcasing highlights from the show and the company’s booth, which can be shared during the event and used for future marketing and sales purposes. This allows exhibitors to invest in a solution that meets their needs, saving time and streamlining event preparation.

The videos will be available within 24 hours and can be uploaded to each exhibitor’s listing on the event website hosted on the MYS platform, included in press releases and email campaigns, and shared via social media and online. The videos can be uploaded to the MYS platform, enriching the show’s digital directory. Exhibitors also receive a copy of the video and can send it to their database, driving traffic to their booth and extending the show’s reach.
