Caesars Entertainment’s new name, Horseshoe Las Vegas, formerly Bally’s, has retained its Jack Binion’s Steakhouse restaurant, which features a circular bar at the entrance to enjoy a signature cocktail or award-winning wine. Attendees can then head to the 7,000-square-foot restaurant for an evening of culinary delights.

The Bellagio Hotel & Casino’s Yellowtail Japanese Restaurant and Lounge combines the flavors of Japan and Korea, with seafood imported daily from around the world and a carefully curated selection of wines and sakes. This elegant space offers private dining options.

Chef Nobu Matsuhisa’s impeccable sushi is on the menu at Nobu Las Vegas at Virgin Hotels Las Vegas. For a group experience, the restaurant offers discounted packages, while the Nikko Room inside Nobu, decorated with stained glass and unique lighting, can accommodate more intimate functions.

Located in the exclusive suites of the Wynn Las Vegas Tower, Delilah draws inspiration from 1950s Las Vegas showrooms for its supper club style. Delilah’s cuisine is at the height of decadence, while the venue also features DJs and live music in its bandstand. Delilah offers several settings for groups to dine and network, including a private dining room.

For a French-style setting, Mon Ami Gabi at Paris Las Vegas is led by Michelin-starred chef Vincent Pouessel who incorporates simple, seasonal ingredients into his menu at this authentic French bistro. Artisanal cheeses and over 80 fine wines complement French classics like quiche Lorraine. The indoor café, atrium and outdoor terrace are all available for group dining.

The company can accommodate up to 250 people at four renowned restaurants, with VIP seating and a tasting of signature dishes at each restaurant. Maverick Helicopters also caters to trade show teams with special group offerings, such as a scenic flight over the Strip paired with a pre-flight reception in Maverick’s private event space overlooking Harry Reid International Airport.

Equally impressive for its 360-degree panoramas, the LINQ Hotel + Experience’s High Roller observation wheel offers a bird’s eye view of the Las Vegas Strip from 550 feet above the ground. Private cabanas for up to 25 guests are available for a VIP experience, including an open bar for craft cocktails with personal bartenders during a half-hour spin of the wheel. Pre- and post-ride networking options include receptions at The Wheelhouse or Pre-Roll, both dedicated to exclusive parties.

The Area15 interactive entertainment complex is home to Meow Wolf’s Omega Mart, which incorporates immersive storytelling and a test of imagination. The exhibit is packed with surprises, including the hidden Datamosh bar. There are options for full facility rentals, team building activities, scavenger hunts and VIP experiences.

This year will mark the launch of the Madison Square Garden (MSG) Sphere, a one-of-a-kind venue for live music, sporting events, gaming, corporate events and more.
