The third edition of the International Exhibitions and Events Association’s white paper, “Essential Considerations for Safely Reopening Exhibitions and Events,” offers updated information that trade show organizers need to know when planning and producing an exhibition during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Originally published in June 2020, the latest edition includes enhancements to show-related operational procedures, including exhibitor on-site ordering, workforce operational processes, post-event/moveout, and registration creation. The report also includes updated information on COVID-19 testing options, legal considerations such as vaccine and attendee and employee testing mandates, and risk assessment tools. Additionally, it includes additional resources from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), and the Exhibitor Services and Contractors Association (ESCA).
