Originally published in June 2020, the latest edition includes enhancements to show-related operational procedures, including exhibitor on-site ordering, workforce operational processes, post-event/moveout, and registration creation. The report also includes updated information on COVID-19 testing options, legal considerations such as vaccine and attendee and employee testing mandates, and risk assessment tools. Additionally, it includes additional resources from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), and the Exhibitor Services and Contractors Association (ESCA).

“As we return to in-person shows and events, we want to ensure we provide as much current information as possible to assist show organizers in all aspects of the show management process,” said David DuBois, CMP, CAE, FASAE, CTA, IAEE president and CEO. “The collaboration among industry partners on this white paper allows for this, as each specialty has a voice and brings its topic to an effort that best serves the interests of all.”

The white paper is available as a free download to IAEE members; the cost for non-members is $49.
