Presentation of the exhibition
The French international real estate exhibition Mipim is organized by the British group Reed Exhibitions Reed Exhibitions and is a series of French real estate exhibitions MIPIM. MIPIM is an annual real estate event that attracts the attention of the real estate industry around the world. Mipim brings together the world’s largest and best-known real estate investors, property developers and government leaders, becoming a large gathering of high-level decision-makers in the real estate industry and an advertising platform for government agencies to attract investment.
Real estate is currently facing a challenging financing market, while the urgency to combat climate change and ensure decent housing for all remains. But more structurally, the evolution of long-term factors such as geopolitics, demographics, technology and end-user expectations presents a great opportunity for key players to accelerate the transition towards a more diversified, sustainable, user-centric and profitable real estate transformation.
