LAS VEGAS — The second annual Las Vegas Food Industry Week (LVFBIW), in partnership with Emerald, Comexposium And Questexreturns to the Las Vegas Convention Center (LVCC) from March 27-30, 2023. The event highlights four F&B shows: Bar and restaurant fair, International Pizza Show, Damn AmericaAnd World Tea Conference and Exhibition.
LVFBIW offers attendees access to all four of LVCC’s concurrent trade shows. The show is expected to welcome over 25,000 attendees and 750 exhibitors to the LVCC halls.

In 2022, the inaugural event brought together over 750 exhibitors, providing a new experience for thousands of key buyers and suppliers in the food and beverage industry worldwide. In addition to the programming and events offered by each show, LVFBIW creates an indispensable and vital resource for small businesses in the food and beverage industry. With over 60% of attendees coming from small, single-unit businesses, the shows provided these companies with a platform to connect with industry players and learn about the latest trends.

This year, the National Association of State Departments of Agriculture (NASDA) will debut its exhibit pavilion, “A Taste of the States: Las Vegas,” at SIAL America to help state agriculture departments promote local food and beverage products for export.
In his 39th This year, Emerald’s International Pizza Expo is the world’s largest pizza trade show. Hosting thousands of pizza professionals from around the world, the show attracts top equipment and ingredient suppliers and features training sessions from industry leaders. Pizza Expo also features national pizza competitions in categories ranging from box folding to dough throwing. Continuing its commitment to giving back to local communities, International Pizza Expo will once again partner with local food charities, including: Be a voiceto donate leftover food from the show to Las Vegas organizations.
“We are expecting a record-breaking show this year in terms of attendance. A significant increase over last year and 2019. Our industry’s pain points will be highlighted, including labour shortages, supply chain issues and inflation,” said Bill Oakley, Director of the International Pizza ExpoHe says last year the show brought together 11,000 people, including 8,500 exhibitors. Keynote speakers included Tony Gemignani, owner of Tony’s Pizza Napoletana, and Benson Tsai, CEO and co-founder of Stellar Pizza, which is at the forefront of the robot pizza movement. “Las Vegas Food & Beverage Industry Week has definitely put a positive spotlight on all of our shows,” Oakley added.
At Questex’s Bar & Restaurant Expo, attendees will learn about the latest trends and troubleshooting challenges in the bar and restaurant industry, from single-unit operators to national chains and the industry’s largest hotel groups. In addition, the event will showcase recent innovations and insights into the future of the industry.
Exploring the future of the tea industry, the World Tea Conference + Expo will offer a fully immersive experience with live demonstrations, new product sampling and interactive conference sessions where attendees can meet suppliers from around the world and celebrate their passion for innovative tea.
