CHICAGO — Expo Convention Contractors, Inc. (ECCI) is expanding into the Las Vegas and Orlando markets with the acquisition of ASI Displays, a display solutions company.
“As a family-owned company, we are excited to welcome a new group of talented individuals who align with our corporate culture,” said Rich Curran, President and CEO of ECCI. “I am also excited that we now have a presence in two of the largest convention cities in America. We plan to grow organically in the local markets we currently serve. Since we already operate throughout North and South America, we felt these two new locations would help us expand our service capacity.”
ECCI aims to deliver increased value and comprehensive, innovative event solutions to clients, event organizers and exhibitors through the integration of ASI Displays’ capabilities with its existing offerings.
“With ASI’s 25-year reputation for quality exhibition services, this will strengthen our already creative exhibition design department,” Curran said.

With its entry into new markets, ECCI also plans to invest in local infrastructure, resources and talent to drive continued growth in the cities.
“This investment strengthens community and goodwill, reduces operational costs and ensures access to skilled workers because we know Orlando is rich with talent,” Curran said. “In addition, it enhances the infrastructure in our Miami and Los Angeles offices and provides valuable market insights that contribute to ECCI’s continued growth and success.”
