Emerald acquires food and beverage trade show Cocina Sabrosa

NEW YORK – Emerald Holding Inc., announced the acquisition of Tasty Cuisine Food and Beverage Trade Showstrengthening Emerald’s position in the B2B food and beverage sector and marking its second acquisition in 2023.

The Cocina Sabrosa Food & Beverage Trade Expo is the only B2B event in the United States dedicated exclusively to the Latino food and beverage industry. With Emerald’s acquisition of the show, it will expand. Cocina Sabrosa was previously a regional event in Southern California, and its inaugural national debut is set to take place September 26-27, 2023, at Irving Convention Center in Texas, making it the premier national event in the United States dedicated to Latin food and drink.

The inaugural show will feature a program of conferences, educational opportunities, service demonstrations and professional training, among other offerings for attending restaurateurs, grocers, suppliers and entrepreneurs.
