If we assume that the number of low-rise residential construction projects will increase by 2% per year on average, the number of private low-rise residential construction projects with a cost of no more than 10 million baht will increase by 3% per year on average. By 2025, the number of projects using prefabricated buildings will increase by 3%. The proportion is expected to increase to 63%.
