SHANGHAI, China – The automotive industry is gearing up for the 18th edition of Automechanika Shanghai, which will be held from November 29 to December 2 at the National Exhibition and Convention Center in Shanghai. Organized by Messe Frankfurt (Shanghai) Co Ltd and China National Machinery Industry International Co Ltd (Sinomachint), this fall’s show will mark the first time since 2019 that global buyers and suppliers will be able to meet in person in Shanghai.
As China establishes itself as a hub for new energy vehicle solutions and next-generation technologies, the show will feature an Innovation4Mobility showcase to highlight the global shift toward sustainability and strengthen areas of the supply chain that are evolving. The March 2023 edition of Automechanika Shanghai – Shenzhen Edition of the show also included an Innovation4Mobility showcase.
Following the success of Automechanika Shanghai – Shenzhen, Fiona Chiew, Managing Director of Messe Frankfurt (HK) Ltd, said: “The Innovation4Mobility Showcase was a triumph as it offered a broader perspective on new mobility solutions, market trends and policy updates. The presentations and discussions also echoed the focus on next-generation technologies by exhibitors across the show. As the show returns to the north in November, we will continue to develop this concept to serve as a window into the industry of tomorrow.”
