HONG KONG — With 60,000 visitors and 2,000 exhibitors expected to fill the halls of AsiaWorld-Expo from Nov. 15-17, all eyes are on Cosmoprof 2023 Asia as he returns to his hometown of Hong Kong for his 26thth edition.
Cosmoprof 2023 Asia — a trade show showcasing new and innovative beauty products for retail and professional distribution channels — is a joint venture between BolognaFiere And Information marketsIt will also run in parallel with Cosmopack Asia, which focuses on the supply chain including ingredients, machinery and equipment, packaging and manufacturing, and will be held from November 14-16 at the same venue.
At press time, 99% of the 100,000 square meters of exhibition space had been sold or reserved by beauty brands from around the world, ranging from Dancoly Cosmetique France to E & J Korea. More than 20 group and country pavilions will also represent every corner of the world, from Australia to Spain to the United States. So far, show organizers are reporting increased participation from buyers in certain regions, including China, APAC, Europe and the United States.

Highlights of the event include a wide-ranging product awards program, with categories ranging from hair, skincare and makeup to eco-friendly and organic products. The innovative Cosmotalks educational program will cover hot industry topics including clean cosmetics, sustainability and celebrating otherness.
The highly publicized Cosmoprof 2023 trade fair — the leading B2B event in the Asia-Pacific region — is a milestone in Hong Kong’s efforts to reclaim its place on the world stage since lifting COVID quarantines and fully reopening to visitors earlier this year. Once Asia’s premier financial and tourism hub, the city is counting on the return of major events like this one, as well as Art Basel, which took place in March, and the world’s largest watch event, the 42nd Hong Kong Watch and Clock Fair and 11th Tea Room, in September.
