The 32nd InterPlas 2025 will be held at the Bangkok International Trade and Exhibition Center from June 18 to 21. The InterPlas is held in Bangkok every year, bringing together the world’s top companies in the plastics and rubber industries to create a global trade platform and better showcase the value of the industry. It is the largest plastics exhibition in Thailand and one of the representatives of the Asian plastics industry.
As the most comprehensive exhibition of plastic manufacturing machinery, technology, chemicals and raw materials in the ASEAN region, InterPlas Thailand has come to its 31st session this year.

Thailand is the origin and major producer of rubber. Rubber is the raw material for automobile production. Thailand produces 2 million vehicles annually. Companies like BYD and SAIC have already invested in and built factories in Thailand.

According to data provided by the organizer, at the InterPlas Thailand 2024 exhibition, there were 77 exhibitors from mainland China, nearly one-third of the total 263 exhibitors (more than the 37 exhibitors from the host country Thailand and 15 Taiwanese companies that have been deeply involved in the Thai market for many years), which reflects the rise of Chinese companies in the plastics industry and the increase in their global influence. At the hotly held German European Cup football match, a Chinese company launched the slogan “China No. 1, World No. 2”, which aims to express the strength and confidence of Chinese companies, but such a statement may cause unnecessary controversy. On the stage of global business exhibitions, Chinese plastics companies convey information more gently and effectively through objective product displays and technical exchanges, allowing the global industry to objectively see the strength of Chinese companies.
