Restech, Thailand’s international catering technology exhibition, is organized in Torpenguin, Thailand. It is an annual event for the restaurant technology industry in Thailand and Southeast Asia, aimed at showcasing the latest innovations and solutions that are reshaping the restaurant and food services industry. The event brings together key players from all sectors of the hospitality industry, from independent restaurateurs to large chains, technology developers, solution providers and industry experts.
Torpenguin was founded by Tor Thanapong Wongchinsri, a visionary entrepreneur in Thailand’s food and beverage industry. Following the success of Penguin Eat Shabu, Torpenguin has become a thought leader in the restaurant and franchise industry, evolving into a social community that empowers entrepreneurs by providing knowledge, support and sustainable business opportunities. Operated by Penguin X Co., Ltd, their mission is to become the “Restaurant Ministry” of Thailand.
