LAS VEGAS– MAGIC, PROJECT and SOURCING at MAGIC, organized by Informa Markets Fashion and held from August 8 to 10 at the Las Vegas Convention Center (LVCC), brought together many stars and focused on the future of fashion. Not only were stars like Katy Perry in the spotlight, but the return of international buyers with 85 countries represented was also one of the highlights.
MAGIC’s third edition since the pandemic, 30,000 attendees were registered and over 2,000 fashion brands were in attendance, including Betsey Johnson, Chinese Laundry, LUSH, 7 For All Mankind, Blank NYC, Calvin Klein, Hudson, Inimigo, Levi’s, Polo Ralph Lauren, Free People, Intentionally Blank and more. “MAGIC Las Vegas brought the energy that MAGIC is known for. We saw retailers from all over the country shopping, meeting with brands and taking advantage of our on-site experiences and educational sessions. The show was buzzing as attendees gathered for a showcase of new and emerging trends, from urban cowgirl to co-ord sets, neon blazers and an incredible assortment of apparel, accessories and footwear,” said Jordan Rudow, MAGIC Vice President.
Highlights of the fashion show included an opening reception held in the LVCC’s West Hall featuring rapper, singer and songwriter T-Pain. Another highly anticipated party, sponsored by NFL x Jeff Hamilton, a new Jeff Hamilton-NFL apparel collection, took place at Jewel Nightclub inside the Aria Resort & Casino, and the collection was on display throughout the event venue.
