The 2025 Egypt International Food Ingredients Exhibition Fi Africa (abbreviated as African Food Ingredients Exhibition) will be held at the Cairo International Exhibition Center in Egypt from June 2nd to 4th. The exhibition is held once a year and is hosted by the British Informa Exhibitions Group.
Fi Africa is one of the largest and most influential food exhibitions in Egypt and Africa. This grand event in the food ingredients industry brings together many authoritative experts in the fields of food, health care and natural ingredients from around the world. Together, they explore the latest trends in the food industry and discover new business opportunities for cooperation. This exhibition is not only the only communication platform in Africa that focuses on the food ingredients industry, but also an important bridge that connects the world and promotes the development of the industry. Fi Africa 2024 brought together more than 320 exhibitors from more than 20 countries and more than 11,000 professional visitors. The local application R&D team in Egypt demonstrated the application results of key application areas such as snack foods, flavors and spices, and sauces on site, achieving good display effects. Nearly 100 professional conferences were held on site, providing exhibitors with a large number of new product launches and technical discussions, as well as market research reports, etc. It also helped companies expand their new knowledge and professional skills.

At Fi Africa 2024, 97 Chinese companies displayed food additives, spices, non-dairy creamers, sweeteners, gels and other products, bringing Chinese flavor to the Middle East.
