PORTLAND, Maine – Diversified Communications expands its clean energy portfolio with the purchase of Smart Energy Decisions (SED), organizer of hosted buyer events Net Zero Forums, Renewable Energy Forums and Innovation Summits.
SED’s portfolio also includes digital content, webinars, podcasts, e-newsletters, research and custom materials for commercial and industrial power customers navigating the transition to renewable energy and minimizing fossil fuel consumption. This addition complements Diversified’s existing Clean Energy portfolio, which serves the solar, energy storage and electric vehicle charging infrastructure markets.
The entire SED team will join Diversified’s Clean Energy team, led by Group Events Director Wes Doane.
