Empty venue fees include: exhibition space, carpets, security services, and booth cleaning services.
㊄【Exhibition conditions and requirements】
1. The registered exhibitors should have a valid “Business License” for production and operation and legal approval documents related to the exhibits. Scanned copies of the above qualifications shall be submitted to the organizing committee for pre-qualification review.
2. Enterprises that have passed the review submit the “Exhibition Application and Contract Form” (fill in the required booth type, size and expected booth location), stamp it with the official seal, and scan the fax or copy to the conference organizing committee docking person. A response to the booth reservation will be given within 3 days after receiving the exhibition application and contract. The organizing committee will stamp and return the successfully reserved booth application and contract form to the exhibitor applying company.
3. After receiving the reservation contract, the applicant company must remit 50% of the reserved booth fee to the bank account designated by the conference organizing committee within 5 working days. Reserved booth spaces that are paid overdue will be automatically cancelled. The organizing committee will adhere to the booth allocation principle of first application, first payment, first confirmation.
4. After the organizing committee receives the reserved booth fee from the applicant, it will issue a formal booth confirmation within 3 working days.
